Day 23-24 - Halifax

Halifax and our way back home

When we went to Halifax we stayed at Best Western Chocolate Lake Hotel. It was a really nice room, pool and the breakfast was really good. They even had a chocolate lab in the hotel. The dogs name is Coco. A chocolate dog named Coco in the Chocolate Lake hotel. That is pretty funny. I think he is like there mascot. Any way we stayed there for 2 nights. The first day we did Peggy's cove. We got to go see the light house there. We got to see some really cute boat houses too. Mom took allot of photos. But it was fun.  It was a 45 minute drive back from Peggy's Cove to our hotel. But for me and Esme it felt like 10 minutes for some odd reason. For dinner we went to a ti restaurant. It was really good mtgs last day we were there we did allot of things. We all went to the titanic grave yard. Mom started to cry. After that we went to the titanic museum. We watched a documentary on some of the things that they found under water of what is left of the titanic. When we were done there mom and Michaela went to a art gallery and  me Esme and dad went to peer 21. It was really
cool we watched a film about all the different things that happened and different situations that could happen. Then we got a tour of the place. We got to stamp a peace of paper. The stamp said "HALIFAX Landed Immigrant" and then the date. Then we had to go back to the titanic museum because that is were we would meet back up. We decided to go to the Halifax Natural History Museum. It was really cool. There was a turtle named Gus. We got to pet him but only his shell or els he would get irritated at you. You can be friends with him on Facebook if you wanted to.
